Misc Fees & Charges
Above rates do not include minimum tip, suggested 10%, fuel surcharge 6% extra and license & admin fees 4%. Includes water, sodas, ice & glassware.
Terms & Conditions
All deposits are NON refundable. The payment of gratuity is completely discretionary and may be increased, decreased or eliminated entirely.Final charges are determined at completion of trip. Quotes are intended as good faith estimates at time of inquiry. Hourly rates will be calculated from garage to garage. Company is not liable in the event of mechanical breakdown while on charter and will only be responsible for making up lost time at a mutually agreed date. The Client assumes full financial liability for any damage to the limousine caused during the duration of the rental by them or any members of their party. The Company may charge Client additional fees to cover cleaning expenses up to $250. Alcohol Consumption and drug use is prohibited by law. Any fines will be paid for by the customer. The Company reserves the right to refuse to transport persons under the influence of alcohol or drugs, who are likely to become objectionable or if the Chauffeur feels threatened in any way. It is Illegal to stand through the sunroof. Smoking is not permitted in some of our limousines and this is left to the discretion of the driver. No Show Charges Full charges will apply if the Client does not notify the Company of inability to locate the Chauffeur. Client should contact the Company immediately at 877-334-2482. Cancellation Policy The Company requires a 24 hour notice prior to scheduled pickup time to avoid late cancellation charges, up to 72 hours for Specialty Vehicles. The Company shall not be held responsible for delays or the termination if such delay is due to Acts of God, natural disasters, national, state or local states of emergency, acts of war or terrorism, labor strike, or any other accident caused by any third party. The Company should not be held responsible for articles left in the limousine.
